Terms and conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using Tabulo. By installing or using the application you accept them.
1. Licence
Mirage Capital Ventures FZE grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use Tabulo on your devices. You may not sell, rent, modify, decompile or redistribute the application, except as permitted by law.
2. Donationware
Tabulo is free of charge. Donations are voluntary, do not entitle you to additional features, support or warranties, and are non-refundable.
3. Use at your own risk
Tabulo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will operate without interruption or errors, or that its results (including averages and reports) are correct. You use the application entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for checking data and calculations before using them for official purposes and for keeping backup copies of your files.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirage Capital Ventures FZE, its owners and contributors shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive, including but not limited to loss or corruption of data, loss of profits, business interruption, errors in assessments or the cost of substitute goods or services, arising from the use of or inability to use the application or the website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In any event, total liability shall not exceed the amount, if any, donated in the preceding twelve months.
5. Third-party services
Features that rely on third-party services (Anthropic for reports, PayPal for donations, iCloud Drive, Dropbox or Google Drive for syncing) are subject to those providers' terms. You are responsible for the cost of your API key and for complying with the conditions of those services.
6. Student data
You are solely responsible for the lawfulness of the processing of the data you enter in Tabulo, including students' personal data, and for compliance with applicable law and your institution's rules.
7. Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the application or the website at any time, without notice and without liability. We may update these terms; continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. In case of discrepancy between language versions, the English version prevails.
